Is it hype or the real deal?
This place offers a beautiful design, friendly staff, and a convenient parking facility. Plus, they even prepared coffee and snacks for us before the early departure.
Noise from the street can disturb sleep as sound isolation is poor, detracting from the overall experience.

Marvellous and incredible position, I really enjoyed staying in this place.
Location: the hotel was near to the park across the road and the cathedral. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Spacious junior suite with lovely cleanliness! The location near the beautiful park is perfect for morning strolls. Just beware of the outdated decor and the breakfast-a bit repetitive 😅.

charming, charming, charming
I stayed for 2 nights in the Beautiful Double Room, and I was blown away by how spacious it was. The breakfast options were really good. It was made to order with the freshest ingredients and a good cappuccino! The beautiful park across the street added a lovely touch to my stay.
100% recommend 😊❤️

Spacious room with garden view. Nice walking distance through the park to the city center.
Located on a noisy street with poor sound isolation and a bothersome heating system. Breakfast offerings were repetitive and low quality, with the same prepackaged cakes day after day. The hotel felt outdated and didn't meet the expectations of a four-star hotel.

excellent location. beautiful part near the hotel.
very noisy. In front of the hotel is a road with very heavy traffic. there is no restarant in the hotel. you will be offered only very modest breakfast.

The room was lovely and clean. We had a view overlooking the park.
The only drawback was that the air conditioning unit was not strong enough. Even though we were there in late September, it was hot and we wanted some ac in the room, especially at night. The room faced the park, and subsequently, the street, so the ac would have been useful to block the noise. Instead, we had to keep the window open for air and it was rather noisy.

The hotel had a charming vibe that combined
Quaintness with modern comforts. I loved the clean, spacious room and really good breakfast options. The bathroom was a bit cramped. Angelica, the host, was helpful in guiding us to local gems in Parma.

Old, but renewed building. Very atentious personnel.
The use of internet is only accessible when buying a 5€ card (3 h).

The sense of history and culture, and the art and ambience of the hotel. The art works in particular were most impressive. Very plush surroundings, especially in the entrance foyer and breakfast room. Being able to walk into town in a few minute was convenient. Having off-street parkiing was great. Reception staff spoke some English.
The room was quite small and there was a bit of noise from the back alley way although this was quieter than being on the street side of the hotel.

Positive, The classic double room was spacious and had great lighting. I really enjoyed the breakfast that was freshly made to order. Plus, the staff were so helpful, recommending awesome restaurants nearby. The location was perfect too, right near a beautiful park and with parking right outside ☕

Two rooms linked which was excellent for a family.
Quite expensive for a hotel with minimal facilities.
